She claims her space and speaks her hearth truth’s.
She is completely in touch with her natural rhythm and cycles.

She is the most repressed archetype and now it’s time to active and claim her power!
During this special workshop we will activate ‘The Wild Women’ within us.
We will work with Cacao, Meditation, Intuitive Dance Embodiment, Archetypal Work and Sharing Circle at the end.
I created this special workshop for us combined with a Cacao Ceremony. We will drink in ‘The Wild Women’ and set our intentions. Cacao is known as a heart opening medicine that helps to expand insight and awareness. Cacao will also help you to release energies that are stuck in your body.
Cacao is packed full of vitamins and minerals and increases blood flow to the brain which helps to strengthen awareness and focus. It helps the body to heal, detoxify and to give your immune system a good boost.
I will guide you into a meditation to active and claim the power back of ‘The Wild Women’, combined with intuitive dance embodiment session, archetypal work and sharing circle at the end.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR CEREMONY
- When we start the ceremony you could wear a dark dress/ jumpsuit or something else that makes you feel very feminine & powerful. Wear what feels good for you :) You could bring your own water bottle.- Don’t drink any caffeine on the day of the ceremony. - No alcohol or use drug the day before and on the day of the ceremony. - On the day of the ceremony day eat only light, enjoy your last meal 2H before the ceremony. It is not advice to drink cacao if: - Have severe heart problems - You had a heart operation - Are on a high doses of antidepressants that contain MOAIs - Use medication against high blood pressure. - You’re pregnant: it's okay to drink ceremonial cacao while pregnant, but cacao can activate your baby or cause nausea. If you're not familiar with drinking cacao while pregnant, please contact me. - You are breast feeding. You can still join but you can drink a lighter dose Please note that is not medical advice: consult your doctor if you want to join a ceremony but are not sure if this is suitable for you.
