Circle of female power (English)

Does a relaxing Sunday morning, full of connection and loving energy sound good to you?
Then please come and join us, in this beautiful circle of female power.

During this circle we reflect on the beauty of our own feminine power and discover how to bring our darker sides into the light and let go of what no longer serves us.

What to expect:
Every women's circle is different!
The themes differ and the energy and needs of the participating women are always different.
But there is always an element of magic which arises during a women's circle!

This magic makes it impossible to plan each detail during a women's circle. And that's a good thing, because it is the unplanned and unexpected that is often so surprising and illuminating.

Certain elements always return during the circles that I facilitate:
• You will always receive a warm welcome with a cup of tea and something nice.
• The location is clean, warm and safe. The group is never larger than 7 women.
• Everything you need to participate, is available here. You just bring yourself and some warm socks.
• Various forms of meditation are introduced. (Visualization, mantra's, breathing meditation, etc.)
• There is 1 central theme.
• There is the option to share with each other, if you feel you would like to.
• Together we create a safe setting where everything is allowed but nothing is required. We listen to each other with respect, attention and without judgement. Where necessary, we give each other space for emotions that come and go. Sometimes there is a lot of laughter and sometimes there are tears. All is welcome.
• I like to close the circle with a little something for everyone.

Practical information:
The women's circle takes place on Sunday, 7th of April. Walk-in from 11:00, I open the circle at 11:15.

I will facilitate this women's circle in my home in the Bomenbuurt in The Hague.
The address will be sent by email after registration.

Wear comfortable clothing and nice warm socks so you easily slip into a deep relaxation .

Sometimes the magic of a women's circle can continue its effect well after the circle has finished..
Therefore, be extra kind and patient with yourself and ensure there is enough space for rest after the circle.

Who am I?
My name is Siobhan, I am from Ireland and I am a mother of 2 beautiful children.
Making loving connections is one of my missions in this life.
Last year, together with my son, I published a children's book about the Power of Heart Sparks.
Heart sparks are sparks full of pure love which travel from heart to heart. The message in the book helps children (and parents) to connect with the world around them and themselves.

Last year I also completed a course to become a Women's Circle facilitator. What a fantastic experience that was! After experiencing the magic of Women's Circles for myself, I knew that I wanted to share this with the wonderful women around me.
