Ecstatic Dance is a gathering where we move our bodies in a journey through music. Together, we create a completely sober and safe space where we can express ourselves through movement, whilst letting go of all fears and judgements. Whether you rest your body, or release your inner wild animal in a burst of energy anyone is welcome.

With regenerative food, drinks and connections, we invite you to join us on this tentative beginning of spring adventure to regenerate your body, mind and soul.

Hosted once again at the beautiful LOFT Studio in Delft.

REGENERΔTE - Monthly Embodiment Circle May

The Embodiment Circle hosted by Martijn was incredible! He created a very welcoming and supportive atmosphere. His body-centric exercises drew my attention out of a tangle of stressful thoughts into a relaxed and aware state, helping to reveal the symptoms and causes of what I was feeling. Will definitely join again!

I can tell the organisers put a lot of love and care into this event. Really loved the shared dinner and hangout afterwards, was nice to connect with the other dancers. And what an amazing space, I loved it!! Too bad it was the last time (for now?) in this venue, but I'm looking forward to see the amazing project you're working on for the summer!
