An ancestral mayan ritual to open the heart and reconnect to ourselves through songs, dance, sharing & silence. We work with the four elements and create a place of prayer and intention setting to learn, integrate & transform the lessons of life in the circle of the community.

Our ceremonieal cacao comes from a forest in Chiapas, Mexico and is prepared very carefully to maintain its full range of nutrients like magnesium, iron, B-complex vitamins and calcium. Cacao is a mild, natural & non psychedelic stimulant that is said to increase vitality and harmony.

Ray has been travelling the world to study various forms of holistic therapy, alternative medicine and ancestral traditions for over 15 years. The core of his work is combining prayer, music and the elements into simplicitiy.

Simona; an inner call to reconnect brought her in 2016 to the middle of the Amazon Rainforest to study indigenous cultures, traditional arts, therapies and ancestral knowledge. She weaves the creativity into life.

Together they share prayers and their music with the intention to remember the importance to sit in community, pray, share and dance together to honour the practices of our ancestors. Being members of the Native American Church of Turtle Island in Mexico they are standing to protect the culture, traditions and medicines to live in unity with nature.
