Day 1:

Step into a realm of self-discovery and empowerment as you immerse yourself in a transformative workshop designed to unravel the layers of your being. This journey invites participants to explore their behavioral patterns, question societal conditionings, and confront limiting beliefs that may be holding them back.

The workshop begins with an invitation to tune into your body, fostering a deep connection with its signals and sensations. Participants are encouraged to express their desires authentically, setting healthy boundaries, and embracing vulnerability in relationships. As the weekend unfolds, individuals discover the power within themselves, realizing the potential for a joyous and fulfilling life.

The workshop takes a tantric approach, guiding participants to liberate themselves from societal norms where we are not encouraged to express ourselves emotionally. The focus shifts to reconnecting with the emotional body and delving into the wisdom it holds. Here, individuals learn to sit with and understand their pain, initiating a process of healing and self-discovery.

The essence of the workshop lies in embracing the power of emotional authenticity, and breaking free from the chains of societal conditioning. As participants reclaim their emotional wholeness, they find themselves on a journey towards a more liberated and fulfilling existence. The workshop serves as a catalyst for personal transformation, unlocking a newfound sense of self-empowerment and emotional freedom.

Day 2:

On the second day of this transformative workshop we unveil the mysteries of sacred meditation—Hollow Bamboo. This secret channel of sexual energy, known as the Hollow Bamboo, not only amplifies arousal but serves as a pathway for manifestation, sacred lovemaking, and clearing blockages. Through breath, sound, and movement, open this sacred channel to manifest desires, experience profound connection, and clear energetic blockages.

During this session, we will dive into the art of conscious communication, a practice centered around expressing our authentic truth. We will explore our deepest desires, confront our fears intertwined with those desires, and establish clear boundaries. Through open dialogue, we aim to unravel the potential outcomes that arise from understanding and expressing our innermost selves.

It is our inherent right to lead a life full of pleasure, joy, and the very best experiences. This capacity to respond is our birthright.

By becoming the best lover for ourselves initially, we cultivate a self-sufficiency that liberates us from dependence on others to fulfill our needs. When in a partnership, effective communication empowers us to guide our partners on how to treat us according to our desires, needs, and wishes. Without communication, the other person remains unaware of how to honor us as the divine beings that we are.

• Any human older than 18 years is welcome.
• No prior experience in Tantra or spirituality is necessary.
• During the event we can explore practices that might involve consensual sensual touch. Only if you desire to.
• Underwear will always stay on.
• Both couples and singles are welcome! The series is an inner journey; designed for people with and without a steady partner.
• Tasty Vegetarian/Vegan lunch and dinner are included.

About Fieke

Fieke Verhaegh is a passionate Tantra practitioner dedicated to helping individuals and couples deepen their connection with themselves and others through the exploration of self-discovery and intimacy. With a background and experience working as a personal coach for 8 years in the Netherlands, Fieke has a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and the importance of holistic therapy. She has been focusing on learning tools from the Tantric Philosophy to integrate into her practice and has participated in various workshops and trainings focused on transformation and self-growth.

Currently, Fieke is finishing her studies at the Embodied Awakening Academy as a Tantra practitioner, expanding her knowledge and honing her skills in this field. She is passionate about creating a safe and nurturing space for individuals and couples to explore and deepen their connection with themselves and others. Through the use of breathwork, music, and Tantra practices, Fieke guides her clients on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation, empowering them to overcome challenges and live a more fulfilling life.

The course is given at a location 2 minutes walking distance from the train station of Den Bosch. We will send the address via email two weeks before the event.
