N@ked Ecstatic Dance organized by Sacred Orgastic Life with Yarun Dee ~ 30th of June at Avani Helvoirt.

This evening will expand all your thoughts about yourself, others, about n*dity, about loving youself and all other feelings to liberate of shame.

An evening about the n@ked truth. Reveal all your layers, thoughts, shame and shadows into a safe place with joy and playfullness. Liberation of everything that (literally) might come up. Allowing every natural reaction of the body when feeling excited.

Sacred Orgastic Life is organizing this N@ked Ecstatic Dance Journey on the 30th of June at Avani Retreat Center at Helvoirt with Ecstatic Dance DJ Yarun Dee.

In the past six years Yarun Dee from Amsterdam developed into a well known dj in the global conscious dance community. He played on many Ecstatic Dances and Conscious Festivals around the world.

Being the great grand son of a famous Dutch classical composer, Yarun has great ears for good music and a deep feeling into creating epic dance journey’s. His Dj-sets have a wide range of musical influences with a base of groovy melodies and earthy tribal beats. Dance journey’s characterised by a spacious, grounding and heart-opening quality. Yarun has the ability to deeply tune into the energy on the dance floor resulting in a deep flow giving the platform for a creative and embodied dance experience.

Rhythms that make your Body want to dance, your Mind to become silent and your Spirit to expand. Dance the unexpected!

Regular Ticket: EUR 33,-

~ Doors open at 18.30hr
~ Doors close at 19.00hr (be aware! when doors are closed, no one is allowed to get in anymore to keep the space safe)
~ The purpose is to dance, liberate any kind of shame on the body, to accept, to feel joy, to celebrate, to get ecstatic!
~ While enjoying looking at each other’s bodies and interaction is encouraged, we do not want folks showing up for that sole purpose.
~ Liberation of excitement and how the body responds on that
~Liberation of shame

GUIDELINES:
~ NO TALKING (we will explain signs to set boundaries)
~ Bare feet
~ NO genit3l, b00bs or a$$ grabbing!
~ NO drugs or alcohol allowed
~ Sensual expression is encouraged, however NO liquid exchange or equal activity is allowed
~ Respect and honor each others bodies and boundaries
~ Use the explained signs for communicating without words (to ask for a dance, to set a boundary, to say No etc.
~ Remember it is not nessicary to dance with others if you do not feel like it and just want to enjoy your own space and movement of your body
~ No Recording/phones etc allowed on the dancefloor
