We support you before, during, and after the retreat. Our package includes a preparation call, a coaching session, your truffle experience in a small group setting (maximum 8 participants), and an integration call. We provide you with two guides (before and after the retreat) to ensure you can prepare fully and comfortably.

Day 1:

POST-RETREAT INTEGRATION:
- You receive our Integration Guide.
- Two weeks after the retreat we have a video call to reflect, share experiences, and receive guidance to bring insights into daily life.
- For additional support, opt for our coaching package to assist you on your journey of personal growth.
SAFETY AND WELLBEING
After your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to an online form with a few additional questions. After completing this form, the team will contact you to schedule the 1:1 preparation.
Legalities: Truffles are legal for purchase and consumption in the Netherlands.
Contraindications: This retreat is unsuitable for those with heart problems, severe mental health issues, or psychosis. If in doubt about other medical conditions or medications, consult a doctor before participating.
