We are excited to announce the first EMBODIED retreat
And are inviting all women who are ready to expand and embody all that she is, for a deep dive in the South of Portugal
6 days: November 11 till the 17th, 2024.
For years already, we have both been asked: “When are you organizing a retreat?”.
Now, we feel very strongly: it is time!
With a shared vision it was a no-brainer to organize this retreat together. The breath being the vehicle of the voice.
We have created a very rich program, combining the best of what we both have to offer. We will take you on a journey of reconnecting deeper within the body.
With the breath, the voice, meditation, movement, different forms of breathwork, sound healing and self reflection.
It is our vision to re-awaken the intelligence within your own body, to reconnect with your own essence and to embody the wisdom that wants to flow through you. Empowering you to remember and experience that all of this is already within you.
And we couldn’t be more happy with the rose mountain being the holding space where this is all going to happen.
Coming together in the Algarve, delicious food, soul nourishing practices, music and sun.
