Sometimes the process of a breakup can feel lonely. So much of what you are used to is breaking away. An important connection in your life is coming to an end and that brings along a lot of changes. It takes time to process and move on.

Reconnecting to who you are without that person in your life. Or maybe transforming that relationship into another type of connection.

A breakup is so much more than a breakup. It is a breakthrough. We as women need each other more than ever in this tender and vulnerable transition in our lives. And we are here to tell you: you don't have to do this alone.

Hi :) We are Shanice and Gina - Your Breakup Buddies. We met when we were both going through a breakup and it has been such a blessing to support each other in our processes.

There are so many questions that open up when going through a breakup. And not to forget the grief, the pain and the heartbreak. It's a lot!

But the good news is: You don’t have to do it alone.
