Wij bewegen allemaal in een veld van energie. We zijn er niet alleen onderdeel van, we zijn zelfs een onmisbare schakel in het geheel. Uitgaande van de principes dat alles energie is, dat we allemaal met elkaar zijn verbonden én dat alles wat er nodig is er nu is organiseren we deze be-shop. In plaats van te werken (workshop) nodigen we ons energetisch systeem uit om te zijn. Met alles wat er op dit moment is, zowel het licht als het donker. Dit wat er nu is kan versterkt worden door dat wat er zich in jou afspeelt of door de aanwezigheid van de andere deelnemers in de groep.
Tijdens een groepssessie maken we bewust contact met ons energetisch veld. We verbinden met elkaar en met onszelf waardoor een krachtige energie ontstaat. Een uitnodiging aan ons systeem om volledig te zijn. Gedragen door het veld, door elkaar en door onszelf. Door deze groepsenergie en de bewuste connectie met elkaar wordt ons systeem uitgenodigd om spanning los te laten en terug te keren naar de oorspronkelijke staat. Een staat van kalmte en helderheid.
Door de spanning in ons energetisch veld te ontladen heeft dit effect op een ieder die zich in de groep bevindt. Wat deze be-shop zo bijzonder maakt is dat we het proces met elkaar aangaan. Eenieder bekijkt wel zijn eigen, individuele stuk maar doet dit in de liefdevolle aanwezigheid van de andere deelnemers. Een proces waarin we gedragen worden door elkaar. Een transformerende werking in de connectie met elkaar die voorbij de mind opereert. We volgen de energie en we bewegen erin mee. Durf je je eraan over te geven ?

Lydia is van jongs af aan al geinteresseerd in energie. Na het zelf waarnemen van energieën kwam ze op jonge leeftijd in contact met een medium waar ze haar eerste training volgde. Haar pad bracht haar daarna langs allerlei trainingen/opleidingen op het gebied van energie en/of zelfontwikkeling. Lydia wordt door vrienden omschreven als recht door zee, haar energie nodigt uit om alles in jezelf zichtbaar te maken. Ze is speels, warm en direct en biedt graag een warme en stevige ruimte waarin mag ontstaan wat er wil ontstaan. “ Bewustzijn is onze superkracht, en daar draag ik met liefde mijn deel aan bij”.

We all move in a field of energy. We are not only part of it, we are even an indispensable link in the whole. All the tension that we hold in our individual system accumulates to the big field that we are all a part of. By becoming aware of the state of our own energy, we invite our system to fully flow and release the tension that it is holding. By doing this together, as a group, we reconnect with our natural state which is in connection. We all have our own individual processes, our own road to take, this does not mean that we have to do this alone.
We organize this be-shop, 'The field of now knowing’ based on the principles that everything is energy, that we are all connected and that all we need is here now. Consciously connecting with that that is here right now, both the light and the dark.
During a group session we consciously make contact with our energetic field. We connect with each other and with ourselves, creating a powerful energy. An invitation to our system to be complete. Carried by the field, by each other and by ourselves. Through this group energy and the conscious connection with each other, our system is invited to release tension and return to its original state. A state of calm and clarity.
By discharging the tension in our energetic field, this has an effect on everyone in the group. What makes this be-shop so special is that we enter into the process together. Everyone views their own individual piece, but does so in the loving presence of the other participants. A process in which we are supported by each other. A transformative effect in the connection with each other that operates beyond the mind. We follow the energy and we move with it. Do you dare to surrender to it?

Lydia has been interested in energy from an early age. After perceiving energies herself, she came into contact with a medium at a young age where she received her first training. Her path then took her through all kinds of training/education in the field of energy and/or self-development. Lydia is described by friends as straightforward, her energy invites you to reveal everything within yourself. She is playful, warm and direct and likes to provide a warm and sturdy space in which whatever will arise can arise. “Consciousness is our superpower, and I lovingly contribute my part to it.”
Wies is Co-Founder of Be Touched and renowned for her vibrant energy, insatiable curiosity, and infectious enthusiasm. Inclusivity is a core value close to her heart, and she effortlessly puts people at ease with her warm and playful personality. Simultaneously, Wies emanates strength, stability, and a sense of security, creating a supportive environment for everyone she encounters. Wies has completed the Level 4 World-Class Training Program for Authentic Relating Leaders and Facilitators at Authentic Relating International.
