Musical Soul Dive: Navigating Narratives. Lie Down Concert + Workshop

We all have narratives and stories - but they are not the core of who we actually are. This afternoon we invite you to go inwards via a Musical Journey by Cézanne & various Authentic Relating games.

The first part of the afternoon will be a (lie down) concert. Cézanne paints musical landscapes with her lyrics and melodies. The main focus of her songs is personal transformation that comes from self reflection. The music can be described as cinematic soul: a lush combination of dreamy neo-soul, jazz and indie Cézanne's way of making music is a tangled process of thinking, writing, feeling and embodying.

In the second part of this event, we will explore narratives with each other in a safe, warm environment. We will use different Authentic Relating exercises to connect deeply, both with yourself and the others around you.
This unique afternoon will be an embodied journey into self-discovery, using Cézannes music to go inwards and creating a environment where you can show up as your true self and where you have the freedom to express your full inner world with others.
