Let the music and your breath take you on an exciting journey where you experience what is present within you. With PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® you dive deep into parts of yourself that are often difficult to reach with our conscious mind. The breath is a wonderful tool to connect us to this deeper level of consciousness, accepting our inner critic and to experience more self-love. PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® combines elements of ancient yogic breathwork traditions with electronic music to get into a non-ordinary state of consciousness. You can clear out mental, emotional and physical blockages. You might experience less critical thinking and you can become more present with what you feel, get more realisations about yourself and having a new perspective.
Please note that although you can enter a psychedelic state, we do not use psychedelic substances in this workshop.
Contraindications
Before buying a ticket it is necessary to check if you don’t have any of the contraindications. As this breathwork is a strong and intense practice it is not recommended for people with the following conditions: pregnancy, a history of aneurisms, cardiovascular problems, high blood pressure, epilepsy, seizures, vision problems, detached retina, glaucoma, osteoporosis. If you have any questions or wondering if you can participate, you can always contact me to discuss the possibilities.
About Lieneke
My name is Lieneke and I am very passionate to let people experience the magic of mindful breathing and the incredible power of using your breath for healing and inspiration.
When I started doing PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® it completely changed my life, helping me feeling more self-love and confidence. It helped me become less critical, to work through blockages and feel more joy in my life. After doing breathwork for five years, I started to teach breathwork myself to let other people experience the amazing effect breathing exercises can have. I became a certified Breathwork & Pranayama teacher in 2022 and have been trained to guide PSYCHEDELIC BREATH®. I’m super excited and it brings me so much joy I can start sharing this with you!
