AYA and her caring team are welcoming you in for a tantalizing week. This experience will be a healing journey, hosted in a pristine green valley located in the mountains of tranquil central Portugal.

Refocus your mind, rebalance your body and recharge your energy with a seven-day movement and tantric retreat in our gorgeous site in nature.
We will use diverse breathing techniques, movement exercises, guided meditation and visualisation exercises and maybe even writing and art exercises. Also towards the end of the retreat there will be a cuddling session, if you feel invited to join. The evening of the sixth day we will throw a freedom party, where everything is possible, as long as it is okay for you and our other guests.
Both males and females of all ages are welcome. We trust the group will be a perfect mix. Everybody who is supposed to be here, will be here. ✨
This retreat is the perfect and necessary getaway from the busy life of tight agendas and technology. Let's replace this with true connections, creating peace and space inside the mind, grow self-love, follow the body and experience great joy and playfulness. Tune in to your soul, and feel love. Love for life, and for the world and people around you. You are free to express this love in any way that feels okay for you and the others. Speaking your yes and no's is of great importance in life, and we are going to invite you to do so during this retreat, so you can feel comfortable and safe.
For this retreat we welcome couples and singles of all ages and genders. We are convinced we all have beautiful souls worth seeing. And our aim for this retreat is to regain soul connection for you. With yourself. And, if you wish, with others too.
Tantra practices will be a golden treat through this dance retreat. Tantra is about going in, feel and stand for what is okay with you. Explore and express your desires and boundaries. And also play with those boundaries if you'd like. To find out why they are there and if you want to hold on to them.
The Tantric Path involves taking the Mind and directing it beyond the Senses.
You will be guided by a small team of dedicated and passionate wellness professionals. This retreat will be for a small group of 6 - 15 participants.
We will be there for you to provide lovely meals, group meditation sessions and workshops but also if you need some one-on-one guidance. If possible we will put things aside to give you our full attention and guidance.
We are surrounded by the beauty of wild nature. Strewn across all of AYA, here and there, you will find many remnants of the ancient inhabitants that one dwelled in the valley. Several watermills, a bakery ruin, wine makers, terraced vineyards, and more to explore.
AYA is situated in the Crystal Mountains of Central Portugal, and a crystal mine is at hiking distance.
Programm:
On Sunday, you will arrive and check in preferably between 14.00 and 18.00.
You will receive a welcome smoothie. Followed by a guided introduction and tour of the AYA valley, by one of our hosts. Take your time to settle into your cosy accommodation and meet the other participants or take some time to let go of your travels and explore AYA's nature by yourself.
Around 19.00, we will serve a delicious dinner buffet. After dinner, Sanshine will initiate the retreat with an opening circle and a first session. She will feel in the moment what is right to offer, depending on the energy of the participants after traveling and having dinner. Maybe we can seduce you to do your first dance of the retreat. This will be a dance for fun and group bounding.

On monday we will start with a morning meditation, after a smoothie and a drink. The intention of this meditation is to ground and connect you firmly into your centre.
Followed by a sharing circle so we can get start to get to know eachother.
After the morning session there will always be a delicious breakfast/lunch buffet.
In the afternoon we have an date with the elements, and we will connect with our inner elements, and move with the elements around us. Then you are invited to go into the wild and make love to one of the elements of your choice, in a way you apeal to.
After a wonderful dinner buffet, there is freedom to fill the evening as you want. Chill in the lounge, play games with the others, take some time to be alone, go for a hike, or do whatever calls you most.

Day 3 we will start by breathing exercises and Kundalini Yoga, ofcourse after a lovely smoothie.
After a juicy fruit salad with nuts and a coconut topping Sanshine will take you on an Playdance journey. We will transform ourselves into animals of the air-, water-, and landrealms and dance and play like them. They all have their own gifts in which we can tune into. We will free ourselves from shame and shyness and tune into our wild nature. Explore what animals you can connect with. Play with eachother in a dance of life. Or go deep within and visualize yourself as one of these animals, play inside your mind.
As we will feel very hungry after this relieving dance session, there will be a warm and cold buffet waiting for us. After dinner, the clock will tell you it is around 20.30 and you are free to relax outside on the terras or in one of the many hammocks, in the privacy of your own bell tent, or stay in the lounge and socialize with the other participants.
There will be drinks available until 22.00, after the restaurant and lounge will close.

Day 4 has a program free morning. After the breakfast buffet, for those who want, there will be a free guided tour to the crystal mine, with a lunch in a local off-grid community. The hike will be 2,5 hours + 1 hour of lunch. Depending on the number of participants, there could be a coaching session offered during this hike too.
If this hike does not resonate with your, perhaps you feel more towards a full body massage, a singing bowl massage, or you just want to meditate in nature, lie down on the yoga shala and listen to some interesting teachings, or do something else. It is completely up to you (some of these sessions can include extra costs).

Day 5 we will start with a self-love meditation and cuddling workshop.
In the afternoon there will be an Ecstatic Dance session and after dinner, a Contact Dance workshop.

Day 6 we will start with a joined forces meditation, where we experience all our energies as one. We connect on a deep level, either with ourselves as with the other participants. We will teach you to see eachothers lotus and we will also do some sound exercises.
In the afternoon we invite you to a cuddling session, which can also grow into a dance, massage, or whatever you feel is okay for you.
In the afternoon we will trow a Freedom Dance Party, where everything is possible, as long as it is okay with you.
During the whole retreat we will take you on a journey exploring your boundries and communicate them, so you can feel safe and free at all times.

On day 7, after a delicious breakfast buffet, there will be a group sharing. Followed by hugs, thanks and goodbyes.
