A warm and cosy evening, co-created 🔥🎉❤️

This evening consists out of 2 parts
The first will start with:
- welcome
- layout for the evening
- short guided meditation

Next up is an opportunity to share what is alive for us.
Consider this to be a space to express things that are om our minds or heart.
This can take the form of many forms such as; dance, silence, verbal sharing or ??

We will have a short break after that and tune in to our desires. A helping question could be:
‘What would I really like to do or experience now for my wellbeing?’
This could be something like a solo/shared
- meditation
- dance
- massage
- cuddle
- drawing
- ??

We’ll collect the wishes and trust on the magic of our group for things to unfold as they should.
