🔸14:30 Door opens. settle in the space, have some tea and fruits

🔸14:45 Door closes. Opening circle, welcome everyone. Team introduction. We will do some breathing, shaking, grouding and somatic movement exercises to get out of the mind, release tensions and relax into our body & awareness. Set intentions for the day

🔸14:55 We will play some small group and 1-on-1 practices from 𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚, 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡, to express our desires, fears, boundaries authentically, feel co-regulation & nourishment and connect deeper in presence, playfulness, sensuality and love. (we rotate partners all the time unless you want to stick to a partner)

🔸18:45 Door closes. Opening circle. Team introduction. a short grounding exercise to co-regulate. Set intention for the evening. blue lotus & damiana tea ceremony, feel the divinity & sensuality within and the connections between the group. (micro-dose from almost not noticing till slight relaxation and euphoric effect, around 20-30 min after drinking).

This is for you if you have some form of meditation or embodiment (eg. dance, yoga) practice or have been to (neo)tantra, intimacy, cuddle, consent workshops or temple nights or similar

All our events are mindful, trauma-informed and intoxicants-free. so NOT for those who just want to pick up people or casual s*x and those who can't respect boundaries. our main age group is between 25-48

Elina Zhang is the creator of Embodied Co-Loving and has been bringing many amazing souls together to connect, transform, play, live & create in love, joy & freedom. She shares wisdoms & practices of tantra, somatic healing, embodiment, conscious relating, co-regulation… and is trained in various trauma healing modalities, yoga, breathwork, authentic relating & mindful compassion.
