A Halloween Dance Journey

Halloween has a rich symbolic meaning. It symbolizes transformation, hidden fears, and hiding behind a mask. We all wear different masks throughout the day, but what happens if we dare to take them off?

My name is Christa, I’m a dance coach and I will guide you during this special dance coaching workshop.
In this workshop we will use dance and reflection to explore the masks we wear in our daily lives and what happens when we take these masks off.

What to expect:
No dance routines. There is no right or wrong. We will move freely, however we feel like moving.
Guided exercises to explore the theme of wearing masks in our daily lives and what happens when we take them off.
A safe space: It might be fun, it might be uncomfortable and it might be surprising. My purpose is to create a safe space where you feel welcome and free to start this exploration.

You will leave with new discoveries about yourself and tools you can use in daily life.

- Walk in: 10:00, Start: 10:15
- Donation based
- Wear comfortable clothes (layers are nice) and anti-slip socks if you have them.
- If you like you can bring a notebook and pen to write down any insights.
- Depending on the participants I will give the workshop in English or Dutch.
- There will be a maximum of 10 participants to secure a safe environment.
