You already know the maneuvers. This evening is for going further.

In a small, intimate circle of just six people and two experienced coaches, we'll look at what your body is holding: where the tension sits, what you've been carrying, and what is ready to be released. With only six places, there is space for each person to be seen and guided individually.

Doing this work in a group adds something that's hard to create alone. When we release together, we hold each other. Many people say the support of the room is one of the most memorable parts, and it often makes the shifts deeper and gentler at the same time.

What to expect
