Reiki Level 1 course Amsterdam

Reiki is a gentle hands-on technique that uses the universal life force energy to stimulate the self-healing capacity of the receiver. It works in a holistic way, meaning that it stimulates physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. It is a loving and soft way to reduce stress, find relaxation, rebalance & find harmony, and increase awareness & connection.

Reiki is based on the principle that all matter and life is made up of flowing energy. When our energy is not flowing freely, we can experience symptoms like pain, fatigue, and emotional imbalance. The Reiki practitioner directs healing energy to areas where it may be needed in the body to regain balance and natural harmony.

Reiki level 1 is focused on increasing the sensitivity to the energy, self-healing, and becoming a clear vessel for the energy to flow through you.

- Reiki history and principles
- What is healing and how Reiki can help
- hands positions for self-healing and healing others
- Energetic anatomy of the body
- Causes of imbalances in the energy centers and what is needed to bring it back into balance
- Exercises for increasing intuition, sensitivity to energy, and emotional balance
- Healing techniques and skills like the Gassho meditation, aura cleansing, chakra balancing, scanning the energetic body.

Dylan is a Reiki master, tantric masseur, and coach with a background in academic philosophy. He strives to contribute to a world full of freedom, authenticity, and loving connections.
Since his study in philosophy he has been travelling and has come in contact with yoga, meditation, energy work and tantra. He learnt how to find balance on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level and discovered the deep impact of body work.
Through energy work and tantric massage, he helps others to find this balance so they can come closer to being their authentic self.
