For thousands of years, it has been a sacred ritual for women to gather in circles. It is a ceremony and a sacred space where the essence of our womanhood thrives.
When women unite, a deeper inner power within us awakens and the voice of inner wisdom inherent to our femininity begins to speak louder. Through an atmosphere of safety and trust, we feel a space within us:
• to show up as our authentic selves;
• we also see, hear, support and empower one another, for who we truly are;
• to unite by sharing parts of our emotional being, whichever is alive within us & the spectrum of our womanhood (be it light or dark, soft or hard, serene or wild etc).
THE THEME
The theme of this edition is ‘Stillness in Motion’.
When the sun is out, our lives become more active than usual. With longer days and busier schedules, it's easier to be swept away by the constant motion, leaving little time for ourselves and our well-being.
We would like to invite you to this women’s circle where we will explore the balance between movement and stillness together. We will dive into practices that allow us to get in touch with our inner calmness, while being in the midst of activities and our ‘doing’ mode. This can be a challenge sometimes, especially with the active energy of the season, as we tend to have our attention focused outward.
Through guided meditations, gentle yoga and movement activities, we will learn how to ground ourselves in the present moment, even when life seems to be moving at an accelerated pace.

ABOUT ISABEL
As a Life coach and Yoga teacher, I'm deeply passionate about empowering women.
My self development journey started a decade ago when I experienced the loss of my mom. This led me on a path of self-discovery, realigning my life, changing lifestyle, relationships, moving abroad and recently transitioning in my career.
During this process, embracing my body and feminine energy played a vital role, and I felt the strong desire to share this transformative experience with other women.
That's why I decided to become a life coach and yoga teacher, combining Neuro-linguistic programming and positive psychology together with the Yoga philosophy.
My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where women can come together, connect, and tap into their feminine energy.
ABOUT JAMEY
My path from mind to heart started over a decade ago, after I hit a hard wall after accumulating emotional blockages, inner disconnect and limiting beliefs for years. Through a journey of self-development, yoga and meditation, I slowly but surely learned to live my life more in connection with myself.
I have a background in the corporate environment. Since 2019, I have been a certified Yin Yoga teacher. To advance my knowledge about the biological workings of our bodies, especially in relation to stress and trauma, I finalised a course on Nervous System work in 2021. Recently, I also started my own coaching practice called ‘The Space Within’, using a body-oriented approach.
I strongly believe that through giving space to our feelings and emotions, in safety and with compassion, we can resolve our emotional blockages and live life more purposefully.
