Op een privé-eilandje in het meer bij het pittoreske Terherne (Frl).

Rechtstreeks van Ibiza komen Rebecca Hummingbird (ademwerk coach) en Triana (soundscape artist) naar hartje Friesland voor deze unieke eenmalige dagrecreant. Samen met 12 vrouwen baden we ons in deze weldadige WombAwakening journey.

"We invite you to join us on a shamanic Journey (to awaken the medicine womb-man within you) through the the power of your breath, connecting to the elements, the wisdom of your ancestors, supported by the vibrations of the wind gong, singing Bowls, shamanic drum & flute.

We will begin with an opening ritual to create a sacred space, blessing the four directions and asking permission to open the realms that want to be opened

After we will initiate the breathwork journey into the deep unconscious realms guided by the Breathwork coach & medicine woman Rebecca Hummingbird and a shamanic soundscape created by SoulMedicineMusic channeled through Triana.

Where you can access all hidden potential that lies behind the sacred wounding that we all carry. you are provided with a safe space to express and release all that wants to be heard, felt and seen so you can reconnect to the endless powerful source of who you are.

💞 We will close that part of the journey with a beautiful guided relaxation and hand pan sounds.

We will share, forage wild herbs and edible plants, recovering the ancient kitchen knowledge and the connection to nature to cook our meal on the fire.🌱🔥

Around this sacred fire we will be connecting with the power animals through landscapes of movement & voice activation and give an ending to the day with a creative closure and in out circle we share your experience weaving together the tapestry of what has been co-created.
And who shall know, perhaps a plunge in the cooling water will feel the right thing to do as a closure.

Who are your guides

My aim is to bring back that playfulness, creativity and freedom of expression. Which is part of the organicity of life, which connects us back to source.

As a Multidisciplinary artist with shamanic initiations in different cultures all around the world I’m here to bring us into closer contact to our cosmic medicine through creative expression and rituals to aid us to remember our interconnected existence.
