Conscious touch | Thai yoga massage therapy workshop

Introduction workshop of Thai Yoga Massage Therapy, focused on conscious touch; great opportunity to develop listening through hands, creating safe space and exploring the language of the body.

Massage done on group, clothes-on, no oil.

This practice will be focused on ‘invitation to savasana’; how to teach the body to slow down, ground and relax? Suitable for all levels, yoga teachers, couples, body workers or those who never explored this yet!

About the teacher:
I am Oliver,
the Diploma in Physiotherapy in 2006 gave me the foundations of the journey that followed: Thai Massage, Osteothai Cranio Sacral Therapy, PNI (psychoneuroimmunology), Chinese Medicine, AcroYoga, Yoga & Movement and Osteopathy. This is what you can find in my teachings. I feel like an eternal student and I share what I love and learn the most.

I have a passionate and therapeutic teaching style and I cultivate joy as much as possible in the training I teach. I like games and, stoic philosophy.
