(choose your micro-dose from almost not noticing till slight relaxation and euphoric effect, around 20-30 min after drinking).

🔸 18:35 We will do some breathing, shaking, grouding and movement exercises to get out of the mind, release tensions, relax into our body & awareness and circule our life force energy

This edition is for you if you have some form of meditation or embodiment (eg. dance, yoga) practice and have been to (neo)tantra, intimacy, cuddle, consent workshops or temple nights or similar

All our events are mindful, trauma-informed and substance-free. so NOT for those who just want to pick up people or casual s*x and those who can't respect boundaries. our main age group is between 20-50
