Tantra & Well-being 11-12 May 2024

🔥Tantra is embracing the mystery of life, the path of acceptance of everything that is alive in and around us. It is about making contact with yourself and others. Feeling your life force energy and using it for your well-being and that of your environment.

🌿 The practices in this workshop can be integrated into your daily life as a path in which spirituality and physicality come together. We will be in a space of openness and curiosity, in an environment where you don't need anything and can be yourself, where you can come with all your joys and vulnerabilities. This weekend is for you if you wish:
* contact with yourself and others from authenticity
* feel your yess in life with clarity
* learn how to give your body space for health and love
* connect with your sexual energy as a source of well-being
* learn tantra practices for your daily life

🌿 What can you expect in these two days? The theme of this weekend is tantra and well-being. We will teach you practices to connect with your emotional body and your physical body as a portal to take care of our needs and health. We will dive into different tantra practices. We are going to practice making contact yourself and with others especially including yourself in the contact. Through breathing exercises you will feel how you can let life energy flow in your body. We're going to talk also about sexual energy and practice conscious touch. Meditation is also one of the pillars of Tantra, as the basis for learning to accept everything that arises. And we will dance to move the energy in our bodies.

🌿 Every exercise and practice is an invitation, you can always decide that you don’t engage in an exercise if you feel that. Practices are based on the consent and boundaries of all the group. This weekend is suitable for beginners and also for people that are already walking the tantra path.

💛 About Mark & Anna: Tantra has brought us connection with ourselves and others, has offered us tools to deal with our fears and difficulties. And it has opened us for more truth in ourselves and in our relation. We practice tantra since 12 years and our biggest teachers are our 3 grown daughters. We enjoy sharing what has worked for us in workshops or as organizers of the Tantric Joy Festival Amsterdam where we invite all the tantra facilitators we love.
