Integration goes beyond just understanding and making sense of our experiences. It involves a deeper connection with our body, mind, and soul.

In this event, we will discuss how to tap into this connection and bring a sense of peace and ease into our daily lives. We will provide you with tools and exercises to foster awareness, presence, and connection with your body and emotions that might arise after the psychedelic journey.

We will also cover the importance of giving yourself time for rest, fun, and play during integration. Slowing down is essential for allowing yourself to fully embody the integration process.

| Facilitators |

Jamie is a health and well-being coach. Her journey began 10 years ago with an intense curiosity to understand more about the physical body and the human psyche. Through the consistent practice of Yoga, four years of study in Nutritional Science, ** she has established an integral, holistic understanding of the mind-body and the essence of embodied knowledge. Over the past two years, Jamie’s mission has been focused on working solely with women, as she aims to support feminine expression in all its forms to rise and take up more space in the world.

Jessika is a certified psychedelic coach and facilitator, writer and educator, and trauma-informed plant medicine practitioner. Jessika’s work and psychedelic path have made her more aware not only of the crisis of our planet but also of how human disconnection is a direct cause of it. All of her work is informed by taking action in a way that serves the Earth and our human collective, in hopes of mobilizing inner healing toward outer action.
