LEAP with Dolly

LEAP is a transmission of life force/kundalini energy. It is a transmission process and not a self-will/self-generating process. That is why it is different from other self-generating will-power practices like kundalini yoga, tantra, breathwork, chi gong, etc. LEAP is the path of surrender and not of will. All that is asked of you is to relax and open up with childlike curiosity to what the transference can bring about.

The LEAP energy enters through the crown, to the base of your spine, where it gradually builds up and eventually starts flowing in both directions. The transmission is an activation of the life force energy already within you.

It is a very natural process that does not shock your system in any way, because the energy has an intelligence that brings exactly what you need at that moment. The energy will meet you wherever you are✨



This is a safe space to be free, you don't have to do anything but be curious and open to the energy transmission.

You lie down, music is played and although it is an energetic process, you can also be touched intuitively. If you don't want to be touched you can let us know before the session starts.

Remind them to keep their eyes closed, relax and surrender to the process without expectations. Whatever comes up, let it emerge and be expressed.



WHAT YOU MAY EXPERIENCE..

* Emotional releases (anger, sadness, fear, laughter, joy), you may want to scream, cry, laugh, all emotions are welcome. Don't suppress them, feel them through so they can be released and transformed, so you feel lighter afterwards. There is nothing you can't handle. (Because our energy and bodies are so intelligent and know exactly what to trigger and what they can handle).

* Energetically (lying still but feeling energy flowing through their body, tingling, hot, cold, any sensation)

* Visually (seeing lights, colours, images, visions, astral travel, active 3rd eye)

* Movements (body movements, stretches, yoga poses, shaking etc. (curiously observing how the body wants to move without letting the mind interfere)

* Feeling happy
