Connection via Sound & Music | with Barry Zingt

Sound and music have been used since ancient times for healing and transformation. We have been singing in circles for most of human's existence. Singing is a powerful tool that has the ability to bring you into deep relaxation and communion.

Singing the ancient words with subtle intentions helps you reach a deep state of meditation. By simply repeating the mantras, you can disconnect from your thoughts and your Self. It's an embodiment practice which can lead you into a place of pure consciousness. Each mantra with its different sound has another effect on the human psyche.

Of course, it's also fun! Singing together creates a strong feeling of connection. It's nourishing for heart and soul. Whether you have a voice like a nightingale or you feel like you can't sing at all - this event is for everyone that simply likes singing. When our voices merge we are creating each other's safe space to express ourselves. Like each tree in the forest needs each other to thrive. You are welcome exactly the way you are, sound and feel.
