🔸14:00 Door opens. settle in the space, have some tea and fruits

🔸14:15 Door closes. Opening circle, welcome everyone. We will do some breathing, shaking, grouding qigong and somatic movement exercises to get out of the mind, release tensions and relax into our body & awareness. Set intentions for the day

🔸14:25 Team introduction. Create a safe container by consenting to playground guidelines

🔸14:30 We will play some small group and 1-on-1 practices from 𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚, 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲 & 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡, express our desires, fears, boundaries authentically, feel pleasure, co-regulation & nourishment and connect deeper in presence, playfulness, sensuality and love.

🔸18:15 Door closes. Opening circle, grounding, getting back into our body and relaxation, consenting to playground guidelines

🔸18:30 a relational practice to feel connected & co-regulated

🔸18:50 Open transpersonal consensual playground to explore heart's longing and love, anything that is alive, contact dance, touch, massage, cuddle, blindfold sensing, energetic sensual play, shibari, meditate or just being. Please ask for permission and express boundaries, no chitchat and underwear stays on

🔸21:50 Closing circle, share gratitude and appreciation for each other, share feedback and insights, feel the resonance and interconnectedness. Stay connected in our community group

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿? (❗IMPORTANT please read before booking)

You love authentic heart connections, healing, intimacy, conscious touch, dance and play in a safe space and are comfortable exploring desires, fears, boundaries and can regulate emotions 😊 whether you are single or have (a) partner(s). any relating styles and s*xual orientation are welcome.

This is for you if you have some form of meditation or embodiment (eg. dance, yoga) practice OR have been to (neo)tantra, intimacy, cuddle, consent workshops or temple nights or similar

All our events are mindful, trauma-informed and substance-free. so NOT for those who just want to pick up people or casual s*x and those who can't respect boundaries. our main age group is between 20-50
We are not discriminating against any gender or age, a balanced group helps us feel safe and comfortable

Time: May 28th 14:00 for the afternoon and 18:00 for the evening (❗please arrive no later than 14:15 and 18:15 as the door will be closed)

Dress code: something that makes you feel sensual, playful, authentic, comfy, festival, lingerie, colorful, ideally no streetwear

🥰 What to bring: water/tea bottle with a lid, bath towel, dinner or snacks to eat or share, a soft blanket to lay on, (optional) massage oil, nice pleasurable things like feather, silk, blindfold, massager, rope ect.
