🦶 Ecstatic Dance - Movement Meditation 🦶
We use movement as our form of prayer. Sink into the now, into your body. A free form dance meditation with slow sensitive music to tribal beats. This form of meditation is open for everybody. You don't need any experience.

Guidelines:
➡️ We move barefoot - Feel the earth
➡️ Let our body speak - No talking during the ceremony
➡️ Natural - Drink only water & tea
➡️ Respect - Tune into yourself and the other

19:45 Opening Ceremony
20:15 Movement Meditation with Caroline S'Jegers (be)
22:15 Closing with tea & fruit

Free parking on Sunday in the area.
Maliebaan usually has plenty of space.
Use the Telegram group to sell your ticket if you can't make it.
We are part of a KvK registered religious organisation.
