Are you aware of when you are acting from your shadow or trauma response and if not do you want to bring awareness and healing to these patterns?

We live in quite intense times, especially the last three years has for many people been quite challenging. Many are suffering and living in a fear-based response to everything that has been and is still going on. At the same time, humanity on some level, seem to be in a process of waking up to our true selves.

These times, also by some called the great awakening, asks of us to clear everything that is in the way or that is blocking us from fully being ourselves. It is needed to uncover and heal our shadow, not only the individual but also the collective shadow. It is time to become who you really are, here present, embodied and in touch with your full human potential.

The shadow is buried in our subconscious and can be quite confronting to face, since many of us are conditioned to only show our perfect selves. Many of us carry more or less deep traumatic experiences from our childhood, which often reflect in how we behave in our intimate relationships.

This day will bring you healing tools on how to recognize and respond when you are in trauma activation and how to unwind and regulate your nervous system.
You will get an understanding how fear moves through you disguised as shame, shock and unworthiness. You will learn ways to decipher when and what to do when you are acting from your shadow.

Trauma-informed breath work.
Dance movement and body work.
Trauma release practices.
Guided meditation and relaxation.
Mindfulness and mindset techniques.

Charlotte Norell is an inspirational facilitator and a passionate catalyst in the field of awakening, mindset, self-healing, embodiment and human potential.

She works internationally since over 30 years and has been creating and holding sacred space in the form of Women’s Retreats, Mastering Relationships Trainings, Dance Therapy Gatherings and private sessions for individuals and for couples.

She has also been running three different Retreat Centers in Scandinavia and now she is currently renovating a house in Provence where she will offer Well-being retreats in the near future.

Charlotte is educated as a Physiotherapist, Trauma Healer, Sex & Relationship Coach specialized in Co-Dependency, Dance and Body Psychotherapy, Meditation Teacher and is a devoted Tantra Practitioner.

Marrie Wijn is an enthusiastic trainer of self development and a guide for woman’s conciousness and bussines growth.

Marrie Wijn started at 25 years old as a beautycenter owner with Reiki, Orthomolecular nutrition and Massage.
She is educated in Psychodynamic Traumarelease, Body/Shadow work and Rebirthing.
She has hosted international retreats and Sisterhood circles to inspire women to shine in their authentic feminine essence and supporting them to reconnect with their powerful lifeforce and sensual self.

Marrie also trains women in business and authentic leadership, which derives from her own background in business. She was a partner in an online company in the USA and was running her own retreatcenter in Portugal.
Developing Vida Verde resorts in Portugal is one of her latest projects.
Tantra, Yoga, Nutrition, Dance and Nature keeps her in balance and fit.

Charlotte and Marrie have joined forces and have co-created 5 upcoming events with different themes, where they will share from their mutual longtime experience of personal growth and wellbeing on all levels.
