We will drink ceremonial cacao and play our drum

What to bring with you:

🪘🎵Your drum and other percussion instruments like:
Hand pans, rattles, shakers, or flutes.

🔥Warm clothes, we will also be spending time outside.

🪷🏵️ A small flower as offer to our mother earth, sharing your essence with the group.

🫶🎵We will have a few extra drums available for lending if you don’t own one, and you can buy it at the end or create yours in our next workshop.
