Free Your Voice Jam Circle #7 Amsterdam

We will get together in a co-creational space and share our voices collectively in a circle jam. We start the evening with some warm-up exercises for body and voice. After that we begin with our jam with toning and then let ourselves be taken by the collective sound of our voices with no expectations to the outcome. Every voice has its place in this circle. No prior experience in singing or toning is needed. This circle is intended to be a judgment-free space, so we welcome all voices and especially yours! The intention is to build connective resonance between each other through the magic of sound, transcend our own story and expand into the now.

Subtle intruments are welcome. Note: This is a drum free event.
There are only chairs at the space, so please bring everything you need to sit comfortably, if you want to sit on the floor.
