Hoop along this midday with FlowMies new workshop Transformative Hoop Dance in Utrecht!

This day you get the chance to expand your hoop dance vocabulary and learn a new dance sequence!
Experience a transformational guided hoop flow meditation focused on your personal intentions, playful improvisation practices and moving into a powerful group choreography.

Workshop 1: Transformative Flow Journey (14:00 - 15:30)
Transformative Flow Journey is focused on your desires for this year. You’ll be guided in a playful movement meditation where we dance with our intentions. Visualize your desires, explore new directions to move to, letting go what is not serving anymore and receiving support of each other. Be invited to dive into a deeper embodied hoop flow.

Bring tiny snacks to share (e.g. grapes, nuts, cookies..).

Workshop 2: Creative Dance Choreo (15:45 - 17:45)
After the break we move into a creative hoop dance choreography. Experience the power of moving in sync with a group of hoop dancers. You'll be guided into creative compositions, ripple effects to complement each other, graceful transitions and some spicy hoop combos!

LEVEL: intermediates / advanced. This workshop is for hoop dancers who know the basics On & Off body and want to dive into a deeper flow level.
Pre: You know basic escalators / wedgies.

The workshop can be in Dutch or English, depending on the participants.
