Feel welcome to join us for a wonderful day with dance, singing mantras and taste 5 types of cacao in different ways.

- 10:00 am walk-in & start of the day
- 11:30 am cacao tasting & heart connection
- 13:30 pm homemade vegan lunch
- 14:30 pm cacao tasting & singing mantra’s
- 16:30 pm cacao ceremony & ecstatic dance
- 18:30 pm homemade vegan soup and snack
- 19:00 pm sharing experiences, insights and ending of the day together


* How to prepare for this one day retreat:
- Prepare your sacred ceremony bag with; a journal and pen, bottle of water, items for the altar, instruments (optional) and anything else that makes this experience more sacred for you
- Dress in layers, you may get cold or warm and layers enable you to adjust to temperature changes easily
- Fast or have only a light meal before the retreat
- Refrain from consuming alcohol, dairy, caffeine and any other plant medicines the night and morning/afternoon before the retreat
- Find time (in nature) to tune into your intention(s) for the retreat

* What will be present during the cacao tasting day:
- A safe sacred space
- Homemade vegan food
- Ceremonial cacao
- Tea and water
- A cosy nest with yoga mat, bolsters, pillows and blankets
- Oracle cards
- Music, instruments
- Our gentle guidance and healing touch (if desired)
- This event will be hosted in Dutch and/or English


**Disclaimer:
1. Cacao is a loving and gentle plant medicine, but it is important to let us know if you are pregnant, have any health or heart issues, high blood pressure or are taking antidepressant medication. Please contact us if this is the case so we can tune into the exact right dosage for you.
2. If you are allergic to any spices, please let us know as soon as possible
3. If you are epileptic, please let us know beforehand as some essential oils we may offer during the day are not suitable for you
4. By signing up to this event you take full responsibility for your own process of working with the plant medicine of cacao. It is your responsibility to let me know of any potential risks before taking this medicine.
5. Refunds are available until 7 days before the event (any administrative costs will not be refunded). After that you are welcome to resell your ticket, in that case please email us at gijsie_a14@hotmail.com to share the details of the new participant.
