I had a beautiful experience at this sensual ecstatic dance event. It felt very freeing to dance in a space that was truly expectation-free and performance-free. The atmosphere made it easy to relax, connect with the music, and simply move however felt natural.

I also met some wonderful people, which made the evening even more special. After the dance, we shared Sofia’s delicious soup and treats brought by other participants, and had lovely conversations together.

The location was also perfect for this kind of event — spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a very welcoming environment.

Hele mooie bijzondere ervaring waar in een veilige ruimte je kan ontdekken hoe je uiting kan geven aan je eigen sensuele energie.
De begeleiding was ook krachtig en speels.
Ik voelde me gezien en onderdeel van deze bijzondere energie.

Weer een zeer mooie ervaring! Leuk groepje mensen met dezelfde vibe, heel goede DJ met sensuele muziek, een frisse ruimte met een noodzakelijk hoog knuffelgehalte :-) en dat allemaal onder de heel warme en spontane begeleiding van Sofia!

Een heerlijke avond, zo fijn en verbindend met Hielkje en team in de prachtige Temple of Sofia. Met een heerlijke pot luck, mooi om nog even in de verbinding te blijven. Volgende keer weer!

Gisteren de tantric dance bij Hilkje… wat een ontzettend mooie en fijne dag. Heerlijk gedanst, met veel liefde en diepgang, in een super veilige en leerzame setting. De ruimte, zo fijn gefaciliteerd door Sophia, was echt bijzonder. En dan alle dansers samen en de potluck… ik voel zoveel dankbaarheid. Echt geweldig.

I loved this workshop! I felt immediately welcomed and made comfortable when I entered the room, the women's side. I was met with other women that I could tell were there to learn something new about themselves and were already familiar with deep personal work. Marima lead a sort of constellations practice that was quite deep, even in the depths of this inner work she held the space firmly asking me to go further into the emotion, with clarity and compassion! The next practices with men as a group and individually, I felt I could let myself explore a new feeling, a new side of myself without judgment. Sophia was grounded and enthusiastic in her guidance. I felt they made a wonderful team and it seemed that each person attending experienced profound layers within. Thank you!

Voor mij is dit een veilige plek en op een fijne manier neergezet. Hielkje is heel helder te begeleiden . Ik heb er precies uitgehaald wat IK nodig had, namelijk veiligheid , grenzen , verbinding energetisch en gelijkgestemden, een aanrader ook met de potluck 💫👍

Because of some blockages I have in relating to women in daily life and in intimate relationships, I felt that something was missing in my dance. I had already gained some tools from different practices I had done, and the tools Sofia offered came at exactly the right time in the right moment

I felt an unconditional love for men; there was no right or wrong in movement it felt very sacred, and this made it easy to flow with whatever was present. It created space for new insights and helped deepen the dance.
The different feminine qualities Sofia represented created room to practice the new tools she shared. This allowed me to go deeper—maybe the deepest dance I have ever experienced.
Even though my mind still wanted to lead the dance more than the rest of my centers, I caught a glimpse of how it can feel to dance freely while staying centered. It was heart-opening/ heart warming experience for me, and I highly recommend her to all dancers who want to deepen their dance and receive customized tools.

Sofia creates a warm, safe space where I could explore myself deeply. Through movement, dance, and exercises, she helped me gently meet and release energetic blockages I didn’t even know I was holding. Her approach was playful, loving, and deeply intuitive. I left with a clearer sense of where and how I can expand, with more space, more love, and a deeper connection to myself and others. Highly recommended.

Tantric Dance is such a powerful practice. A dance between leading and surrendering that reconnects with ourselves and others.
What I really liked about this workshop was the combination of two very very powerful energies: Hielkje and The Temple of Sofia. I couldn't recommend it more.
