This is the best yoga course I’ve ever taken, with the most inspiring teacher! It’s not just about practicing poses, it’s a transformative journey inward, connecting with my body and my mind.
I’m so grateful that the group has such a warm, supportive atmosphere, and that Nica was always there to support, inspire, and share the wisdom of yoga. Over these four weeks, I’ve faced my own fears, resistance, and self-doubt, but I’ve also begun to truly understand the meaning of “trust the process.” I’m deeply thankful to Nica for guiding me on this journey, both on the mat and beyond.

Wat een bijzondere ervaring! De cacao en hapé brachten me veel dichter bij mijn gevoel. De meditatie gaf me diepe inzichten. Alles werd met veel zachtheid en harmonie begeleid waardoor ik me veilig voelde. Deze ervaring heeft me veel gebracht! Dank je wel Nica💕

Hele bijzondere ervaring. Helend, grounding en safe. Eerste keer Rape, voelde heel aardend, een perfecte combi met cacao en breathwork. Nicola heeft de ceremonie heel fijn begeleidt, ik voelde me heel veilig en rustig en heb een diepe helende reis kunnen maken. Er was genoeg ruimte en tijd om echt tot de kern te komen. Ik zou dit zeker aanraden en nog eens willen herhalen.

Nica is a skilled spaceholder and excellent teacher. We learned so much in this workshop and gained a lot of hands-on experience. A great and nourishing experience!

Very good feeling, gentle and friendly atmosphere. Nica knows how to create an inviting atmosphere for learning. We spent a gorgeous day, the location is perfectly well deserved by tramways. The place is Cosy, full of sun, tea, water & delicious little treats are available during that day. A small group where we could experience with each participant's way of massage Super positive experience🌟

Nica is such a lovely teacher and guide. She has so much knowledge and wisdom and she is so passionate about what she does, you feel it immediately. The workshop was perfect, exactly what I needed in that moment. Thank you so much! <3
