I was so lucky to have experienced the 2 events organized by Medicine Within during my weekend in Amsterdam .
1/Temple of Devotion & desire (26/6/26) facilitated by Sandi was absolutely amazing! It was my first temple experience and I loved it! I was so lucky to have Sandi as a facilitator for my first experience: she has such a great energy, I felt instantly at ease. The flow of the evening was smooth , erotic & tantric . I experienced intense desires that I never thought i can experience with a group of strangers without sexual penetration! It was a fabulous experienced and I highly recommend it, if you are visiting Amsterdam!
The second workshop 4SX with Alfred was extremely interesting! I never thought sex could be taught in that way! Alfred has a funny way of teaching awkward positions in a very light hearted way!

Just had to jump on here and share this absolute magic. Yesterday, I stepped into a workshop that completely shifted how I look at connection—and honestly, it was pure inspiration.
The session focused on how to make intimate contact between two people more aligned, deep, and rhythmic. The best part? It was done in a completely safe, respectful, and non-sexual way. It really opened my eyes to how we can tune into each other on a whole new level.
I was so inspired that I brought this fresh energy home last night. Let’s just say… put into practice, it was a beautiful success, and my partner was absolutely thrilled! 😍

Het was een leuke, humorvolle workshop. En hoewel ik weinig nieuws heb geleerd (zelf ook capoeirista/martial artist/danser dus herkende waar Alfred zijn ideeën vandaan had) is Alfred een goede verteller en is het bij Sandi altijd fijn zijn.

Sandy’s work is deeply transformative. Through her circles and healing sessions, she helped me reconnect with my feminine energy, heal old wounds around female relationships, and find a true sense of balance within myself.

She holds space with humility, authenticity, and real presence, allowing healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Her approach is gentle yet powerful, and you genuinely feel seen and supported in the process.

I had a very good and meaningful experience during the Kambo ceremony. The space felt safe, calm, and supportive. The facilitators were kind and professional, and I felt well taken care of throughout the process. It was a deep and cleansing experience for me, both physically and emotionally. After the ceremony, I felt a sense of lightness. I am grateful for this experience and would recommend it to others who feel called to it.

I recently attended Embodied Tantra Level 1 in Amsterdam and the Deeper Intimacy Advanced Tantrik Temple with Sandy, and I’m still integrating the depth of the experience.

Sandy is an incredibly strong spaceholder. She truly sees each participant. There is a steadiness and embodiment in her facilitation that creates immediate trust. Her transmissions are not just words, they are lived. You can feel that what she guides comes from deep practice and integration.

The Deeper Intimacy Temple was beautifully held. Clear guidance, powerful structures, and at the same time complete permission for nothing to happen. There were many opportunities to explore, yet no pressure to perform or push beyond what felt true. The space felt safe, aesthetic, well curated, and supported by great music that enhanced the atmosphere without overwhelming it.

If you are looking for spaces to connect more deeply with yourself, to meet new parts of yourself, and to expand your capacity to connect authentically with others, Sandy creates wonderful containers for that work.

To say my heart is WIDE open after this weekend is definitely an understatement ! I feel inspired, energized and deeply opened.

The event was really nice. All the parts from the event felt really safe and had a good timing. You had evey time the space and time to land in to each phase. A really nice evenf both for first-timers and more experienced. It put together ssnsuality and playfullness perfectly.

Erg bijzonder en mooi hoe je het vanaf het begin tot het einde zorgvuldig en liefdevol begeleidde.
Ik vond het erg fijn dat we begonnen met een ecstatic danse (brak het ijs een beetje) en de tantra meditaties/oefeningen voor de tempel waren voor mij erg behulpzaam. Dit samen met de veilige bedding die neergezet was en de mooie, warme locatie zorgde ervoor dat ik me thuis en op mijn gemak voelde.
Ik had echt het gevoel dat ik mezelf kon zijn, dat alles kon en mocht gebeuren, maar dat niets hoefde, dat ik volledig mijn eigen weg mocht en kon kiezen in deze liefdevolle, sensuele setting.
Voelde nergens druk (noch van de groep, noch van het team) om ook maar iets te moeten doen of met iets mee te moeten doen. Vrijheid en afgestemdheid stonden voorop.
Voor mij een veilige basis en voorwaarde om aan dit soort evenementen mee te doen.
