It was a very pleasant sound healing. The crystal singing bowls, in particular, worked very well for me. This sound healing released tensions and brought deep relaxation to my invisible bodies. Thank you Carina :-)

It was a lovely experience beneath the tall trees in the Park.
The resonance, vibrations and sound from the healing bowls varied from subtile to powerful.
The soft wind and the sun through te leaves, it all contributed
Carina is a warm and gentle guide in it all.
It was my first experience with sound healing and the last time in the park for the summer this year.
But she continues indoors for the fall and wintertime.
I surely will join again a next time !

It was a very pleasant experience. I came to a deep meditative rest which felt healing and had pleasant after effects. I recommend to do this.
