Improvisation is how life lives life. Our natural expression of life is an active process of communicating, collaborating, and co-creating today's world.
Every day, we use what's available to meet the needs of the current moment: in conversation, play, when plans change or when something takes us by surprise. And yet, we often get stuck in our ways or stressed when put on the spot. Especially when working with other people.
By practicing improvisation, we train our mental, physical and spiritual flexibility.
