Playfight Amsterdam

Elena is a force of nature. She's able to hold space for care, power and softness, and it feels like everything is welcomed in the space.

Going to the playfight circle after a busy day helped me to stop overthinking and find again a lot of spontaneity, joy and pleasure. The container and the gentle build up allows the group to connect instantly, so even if I'm not a regular, I felt super welcomed and empowered.

I definitely recommend this to the busy-minds, to those who are looking for new friendly connections and to all who enjoy exploring their bodies while improving their ability to connect.

I had such a beautiful experience at Playfight & Ecstatic Dance on Saturday. The playfight was so much fun there was something really special about connecting with other humans in such a playful, physical, completely platonic way. It brought out this sense of freedom and childlike joy that we don’t always give ourselves permission to experience as adults. The ecstatic dance afterward was equally beautiful and left me feeling so alive and connected. But what stood out most to me was our facilitator, Elena. She was truly incredible. The way she guided the space invited people to go deeper into themselves while continually encouraging everyone to listen to their own bodies, boundaries, and desires. There was never pressure to participate in a certain way everything was rooted in choice and being fully in alignment with yourself.

I loved this beautiful combi of contact improv and playfight. Love the enthusiasm and professionalism of the facilitators. Love to come back again!

Geweldige begeleiding door Elena van deze M. Tangi playfight. Alle leeftijden, gewicht en sexen zijn welkom voor deze speelplek met aanraking waarbij het om verbinding gaat. Heerlijk gespeeld en zonder negativiteit krachten gemeten. Ecstatic Dance bleef in die sfeer, waardoor er minder echt dansen was, helaas.

So happy that I finally got a chance to join the playfight circle while I'm around Amsterdam! The atmosphere and group energy was totally amazing and comforting, and the led activities fun and nicely challenging to explore. I left feeling a wide range of emotions, being more open and tender. Would love to join again!

I wasn't expecting to find such a good space for self-discovery and connection! Many emotions and shadow patterns can come up during playfight, yet the space feels super safe and caring to expose these and show up as truly yourself
