HAND MEDICINE

It was my first full moon ceremony and it was so much more then I expected. It was a special and lovely experience. I was kind of nervous in the beginning, but it felt safe real quick. The guidance and the details were amazing and so thoughtful. The music, the cacao, the meditation, everything was organized so well. For me it was an experience I would like to repeat and I would like to thank Grey for, once again.

It was such a beautiful and insightful full moon ceremony! I felt immediately at peace and grounded once I entered the space. And Grey is such a gentle and steady guide, always inviting to explore for yourself what you need in every moment. Thank you Grey, I will be back :)

Wow, what a beautiful ceremony. I left feeling nourished and warm. Grey created a safe space, where I felt welcome just as I am. He guided the evening in a very calm way and it was easy to see, that what he shares comes from his heart. I loved that he also guided us with different instruments, sounds and fitting sounds. This created a very nice, soothing atmosphere. I enjoyed the exercises and the guided meditation. We worked with ceremonial cacao and the smoke of the tobacco plant. It was a meaningful experience for me in which I could open up, reflect and show vulnerability. Grey prepared the ceremony with so much care and detail. Everything was taken care off. Thank you so much. I will be back for sure.
