Join us on Sunday, September 15, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM in Amsterdam IJburg for an intimate gathering (max 10 women) themed "Freedom in Mind & Body and Standing in Your Power." In our cozy women’s circle, we’ll create a safe, nurturing space to explore what freedom means, connect deeply, and support one another. 🌿🌸

We’ll start with a Cacao Ceremony, using this heart-opening plant medicine to foster connection and joy. 💖 This will be followed by Meditation to calm the mind, Sharing to express and listen without judgment, and Ecstatic Dance to move freely and embody our inner strength. 💫

The group will be small and personal to allow for deeper connection.

This gathering is part of a monthly series with different themes. Feel free to invite other women to join this journey of empowerment and growth. Together, let’s dance in the light of our own strength and beauty. 🌟
