Vishnu 360, acroyoga workshop

The Vishnu 360 is a fun flow for bases to learn to be more stable in an unconventional range of motion, whilst flyers need to hold their shape whilst moving to various challenging positions.

We will build up to the flow with excersizes to understand each position and get attuned to eachother, after which we will break up the flow and explain the transitions one by one.

This is a beginner workshop, but experience is preferred. As a minimum we would like you to be comfortable in a bird and straddle throne. If you don’t know what these are, but are super enthusiastic, don’t worry, write us! We’ll advise you on whether this workshop is suited for you or not.

About the teachers: Chris and Mila met by accident during an open training, she specializing in aerial, he specializing in L-basing, this turned out to be a surprinsingly good combination.
