Handstand for Beginners 101

Hello Movement Enthusiast!

I am providing a handstand workshop for people who have always dreamed of doing a handstand and need a basic understanding of how to get started with a handstand. This workshop is for people without experience or just getting started.

What can you expect during this workshop?

- Foundational work - Wrist and shoulder preparation.
- Animal walks - Attuning the body.
- Strength and conditioning.
- Different methods to practice your handstand.

We will work with partners of two to support each other in the handstand practice.

Bring with you:
- A curious mind
- A journal to make notes.
- Food to replenish energy levels.
