Acro yoga is a wonderful way to make new friends while it challenges your body and mind in a playful way.
My name is Ronald Verlaan. I have a background in martial arts. After a motorcycle accident I switched to the world of yoga. Later on I discovered acro yoga which became a real passion for me. In daily life I am an ICT guy but in my spare time you will find me practicing and teaching acro yoga to others.

After a short introduction, we will do a partner warming up in which you get to know each other. Then we will teach you some nice acro yoga positions and transitions. We end the workshop with a guided thai yoga massage.

Bring yourself and a water bottle :-)
This workshop will be lots of fun and you will be amazed what your body is able to do!
