▽ BACKGROUND OF CORE

The journey has over 200 graduates and has taken place across 5 countries. The practices are non-dogmatic, experience based, penetratingly powerful, yet profoundly clear.

▽ DETAILS

➤ Training days are from early morning to late in the evening, and include homework practices.

➤ We encourage you to make yourself available for the duration of the training, without phone or other disturbances. Schedule some time and space (at least a day) after the training for integration.

➤ This is not a dogmatic training in which you will hear how you should live your life.

➤  You might be confronted with resistance, confusion and hesitations. This journey has the potential to transform your life. Some call it years of therapy in a week. Schedule some time for integration afterwards.

ESTHER LOTUS STRIK-HAUGHEY - Assistant & Mentor
Lotus graduated CORE in 2022 and is a professional trainer and (team)coach with her own company Scenpo. For over 15 years she has been working in personal coaching, creating safe spaces for people of all ages, at schools and in teams. She is a lively balance between peace and playfulness. She will fiercely, yet lovingly stand by you when you are ready to "get real".

BLANCA DURGA WENNEKES - Assistant & Mentor

Blanca Durga is a 2024 CORE graduate and has a background in yoga, Tantra and emotional bodywork for over 15 years. After a corporate career of over two decades, she started her company B-conscious to guide people towards more body awareness and aliveness. One of her own practices is kirtan, which she loves to share with her friends of The Bhakti Groove. Blanca's global travels on her bicycle gave her life-changing insights. RETREAT CHEF - LARISSA QUAAK

Larissa got her practical kitchen skills from cooking in restaurants and on film sets, but for the last ten years or so the retreat space has added new depth, enjoyment and inspiration to her love for food. For her, there is magic in feeding people, in a group setting full of deep inner work and play, for several days - making bellies and bodies happy, feet grounded, souls soothed and hearts open."The more I cook, the more I realize how important it is to do so in a holistic, healthy and sustainable way. But that should never mean a lack of taste, variation, presentation or satisfaction though. Life is too short for such compromises… I truly believe it is possible to enjoy fantastic food that nourishes both people and the earth, and I love proving this on a plate!"

CORE is an all-inclusive training with personal attention. To guarantee adequate guidance, and to offer the support you deserve the number of places is limited to 15 participants per CORE Training.
