ON FRIDAY JULY 5TH
we will dance together with the magical energy of the setting sun and rising new moon. Feel the sand between your toes, hear the sound of the waves and feel the sunlight on your face. Let nature inspire you to flow and dance freely.

We start the night with a beautiful singing circle hosted by Elias Widukind. We invite you to bring your drums so we can flow into a drum circle together.

Together we create a safe space by following the guidelines of Ecstatic Dance:
- we let our body do the talking & are silent during the dancing
- we take off our shoes & feel the sand between our toes
- we move with an open and positive mindset
- we are free from alcohol, drugs and phones & get high on our own supply

PREPARATION
Wear comfortable and warm clothes (best to wear layers)
Bring a blanket if you like
Bring enough water/tea to hydrate yourself
Bring your own drum (or other instrument)
