Partner Care Workshop | Breath & Massage

Enjoy an afternoon full of care, attention and quality time with your partner.

Learn a nourishing breath and massage sequence that you can take home with you. Step out of the daily patterns and connect with your partner on the level of breath, body and loving presence.

Soheila - a massage therapist - and Leonie - a breathwork facilitator, happily welcome you to this afternoon.

Program:

We welcome you at Studio Vliegenbos with a heartwarming cacao drink, and we take a moment to arrive in the space with each other. A gentle breathing practice follows that firstly allows you to connect with yourself, and from there with your partner.

On this afternoon one of the partners will give the massage, and the other will receive. You will learn ways to explore the body together, find an attuned way of pressure and touch, and learn different massage techniques - which we will put into practice. During the massage, we will walk around and support you where needed.

We end with a closing circle, and then - the practice has only begun! The great thing about this workshop is that it aims to teach you tools that you can take home with you. So you can build on it for more body-awareness and connection in your relationship.

This workshop is meant for partners that are looking for a loving, body-based practice to nourish their relationship. You can also come with a friend, if you feel comfortable to share an intimate practice together.
