🎶 Experience the heartbeat of Africa at "African Vibrations" – a mesmerizing live music and dance event hosted by Momo Toure and Avalon Brown!

Immerse yourself in the rhythmic beats of African percussion during the percussion workshop, and feel free to bring your own drums. Groove to the lively tunes during a dance workshop with live percussion.

Dont have your own drum? No problem! We have djembe's and Dunduns available for you to hire!

After the workshops, we will enjoy some special food, creating the perfect atmosphere to chill and connect.

The night continues with a jamsession in the unique setting of Ruigoord church. Join us for a day of cultural celebration, delicious food, and soul-stirring rhythms.

Our intention is to bring people with the same interest together, fostering connections through a shared love for African music, dance, and culture. Don't miss the chance to feel the pulse of Africa at the heart of Ruigoord! 🌍🥁💃 Hope to see you there!

Het was een leuke ervaring, voor de eerste keer Djembe gespeeld en dit ga ik vaker doen. De dansworkshop was vlammend, wat een geweldige energie bracht deze dame. 😍

Gelukkig ken ik Ruigoord en verwachtte wel dat het later zou beginnen dan aangekondigd: anderhalf uur later.. Maar dat is t enige evt. minpuntje als ik wat wil verzinnen.. Verder fantastiese plek, fijn contact over het eten, heerlijk enthousiaste lerares dans en leraar djembe, iedereen deed mee, was welkom, voelde vrij en betrokken, er werd al gepraat over een volgende keer: graag!
