During the Solstice, on June 20th, we gather at this new! Ecstatic Dance location: The Other Side (scroll down to learn more about this venue)

We gather to watch this beautiful documentary by Marijke Kodden and Jaap Verhoeven, and we will share our newly gained insights, passion, and wishes during a Sacred Cacao Ritual by Jennifer Ann

After that we will dance all these beautiful wishes and energy into existence

We'll dance in silence and on our bare feet while Kareem Raïhani takes us on a journey deep within

In this documentary we get a unique view of the KIVA Ceremony, where Indigenous Wisdom Keepers gather around a sacred Fire and express their love via prayers, ancient rituals, songs and dance. But they also share their concern about the care for Mother Nature and humanity!

Because of the touching prayers and the impressive conversations with the Wisdom Keepers –the viewer is invited to reflect upon how to heal our relationship with the Earth! ‘Because she is crying and is calling her children home!’ So the Wisdom Keepers carry out their call through KIVA Ceremonies all over the world. And at the same time they bring healing and solutions, through their Ancient Rituals, Prayers and Indigenous Wisdom!

💛 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
The Other Side (TOS) is a fantastic, large, atmospheric space with a large dance floor and living room atmosphere to watch the documentary together, connect with each other and dance like crazy

The sound at TOS is 360°, which makes the music experience even more intense and deeper

The location is very easily accessible by public transport, bus 22 and 48 from Amsterdam Central Station

There are 100 parking spaces at a reduced rate on the premises (you can even book and reserve in advance via ParkBee) and more parking spaces in the neighbourhood

We only want the very best, so expect great DJs, beautiful ceremonies, and an amazing team of spaceholders
