💫 ᴡʜᴀᴛ ɪꜱ ᴛᴀɴᴛʀᴀ?
Tantra is a century-old philosophy and has become increasingly popular in the last few decades in the Western world.
You may have heard the word Tantra in the media (with a meaning generally related to ecstatic tantric sex, open relationships and multiple orgasms) or in spiritual circles (where it can have different overtones: connection, celebration, intimacy, transcendence, divine consciousness and so on).
The tantra we use during this event is intuitive, conscious and embodied. We will keep our clothes on. We won’t go into the spiritual aspect of tantra.

18.30: Opening doors, arrival
19.00: Hard close of the doors. Opening circle, setting group rules.
19.30: Consent games, authentic relating, touch games
21.30: Closing circle and feedback round
22.00: Heading home with an authentic body and mind.

We don’t curate a gender balance. You fit in this workshop if you are happy with any person doing exercises with you.
We will keep our clothes on.
We won’t go into the spiritual aspect of tantra.

In today’s fast-paced world, we often lose sight of the profound connection between our body, mind, and spirit. Her approach is rooted in the powerful principles of Kundalini energy and tantra, combined with contemporary therapies and physical experiences designed to enhance self-awareness, break through emotional barriers, and pave the way for true personal transformation.


Daphné Sarpyener is a certified Authentic Relating Facilitator, possibility coach and Intimacy Activist. She facilitated more than 50 creative and relational workshops, around the world, in different communities. Last year, she organized, with her collective ARC en Lien, the first French speaking authentic relating festival in Paris (which was sold out). She currently lives in Belgium where she’s building a community for intimacy practitioners. In her workshops, she focuses on giving the space for the audience to ground, feel and connect. It isn’t so much about a teaching but rather about the experience of being authentically alive now.
